As a Spa Operations Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our spa facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily spa operations, including managing staff and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.\
  • Ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their visit.\
  • Monitor and control costs, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.\

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic accounting principles.\
