Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and research potential clients within target industries and markets.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase sales and revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to ensure profitability and mutual satisfaction.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, including pipeline activity, revenue forecasts, and client feedback.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of the US staffing industry and recruitment processes.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in managing and growing key accounts.
  • Knowledge of current market trends and competitors.
  • Proficiency in lead generation software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
