Job Title: Lead Developer - Cybersecurity Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Developer with strong expertise in React.js for UI development and Java for building crawlers or security automation tools. The candidate will be responsible for leading the development of both frontend user interfaces and backend automation tools to enhance our security platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • React.js Development:
    • Lead the development of intuitive, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React.js.
    • Work closely with designers and product managers to implement user interfaces that deliver security insights and actionable information.
    • Build dynamic dashboards and data visualization components to present real-time security metrics and test results.
    • Ensure that the frontend is modular, maintainable, and scalable, optimizing for performance and user experience.
  • Java Development:
    • Design, develop, and maintain security automation tools such as crawlers, scanners, and other backend processes using Java.
    • Build robust, efficient, and scalable backend systems that automate security tasks like vulnerability scanning, data extraction, and processing.
    • Integrate automation tools with the platform, ensuring smooth interaction between the frontend and backend.
    • Optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of security automation tools to handle large-scale data and diverse environments.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
    • Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and code reviews.
    • Set coding standards, best practices, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and security experts, to design and implement new features and improvements.
    • Keep up with emerging technologies in both frontend and backend development and apply them to enhance the platform.
Qualifications:
  • 6 to 8 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on building backend systems, crawlers, or automation tools.
  • Expertise in React.js, with a strong background in developing dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 for frontend development.
  • Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs.
  • Solid understanding of multi-threading, data processing, and performance optimization in Java.
  • Proven experience leading development teams and managing projects from conception to deployment.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with security automation, vulnerability management, or penetration testing tools.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with testing frameworks like JUnit (for Java) and Jest (for JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of database technologies such as MySQL, MongoDB, or similar.
