Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our growing team. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure high-quality delivery of new features and integrations for our API and data platforms.

  • Analyze business needs and define product requirements
  • Document user stories, specifications, and workflows
  • Manage UAT and validate product features in Jira
  • Collaborate with engineering during development and testing
  • Support partner integrations with ERP, CRM, and HR platforms
  • Track and manage feature and defect backlogs
  • Support agile teams and participate in daily stand-ups
Key Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or related role
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant technical exposure
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and tools like Jira & Git
  • Experience with UI automation testing (Selenium preferred)
  • Understanding of enterprise resource planning (ERP), customer relationship management (CRM), and human resources (HR) systems
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Experience with Agile project management
