Technical Partnership Specialist

Our organization is seeking an experienced Technical Partnership Specialist to enhance our technical capabilities and market presence in the India South Region.

  • Strategic Engagement: Collaborate with account teams to lead and support technical partnerships, focusing on securing opportunities and driving technical validation within assigned specialization areas.
  • Proactive Engagement: Drive strategic and high-value partnerships with internal account teams, fostering business growth and empowering partners with technical acumen for effective value articulation, demonstrations, deployments, and ongoing solution support.
  • Partner Empowerment: Collaborate with alliance managers to equip partners with the necessary technical expertise, facilitating their development of novel solutions and managed service offerings.
  • Technical Excellence: Mentor partners to attain technical accreditation and certification, providing expert guidance for achieving rapid resolutions in intricate scenarios.
  • Alignment: Assist in aligning go-to-market strategies to maximize collaborative opportunities, ensuring seamless communication between internal and partner teams.
  • Sales Enablement: Facilitate sales opportunities by providing essential technical guidance, enabling partners to identify, qualify, and lead joint initiatives.
  • Event Leadership: Actively participate in customer workshops, leading product demonstrations and interactive sessions to drive engagement and foster business growth.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Professional Experience: 8-12 years demonstrated success in a technical capacity, with strong experience working with account and channel teams in creating new business through Channel Partners and Managed Service Providers.
  • A Bachelor/Masters of Engineering degree or equivalent qualification is a prerequisite.
  • Relevant industry certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, SANS, or similar credentials are highly valued.
  • Technical Expertise: Mandatory expertise in at least one of the following critical technology domains:
    • Security Operations (SecOps): Extensive experience with EDR, XDR (endpoint, network, cloud, identity), SIEM & SOAR platforms, Threat Intelligence, Threat Hunting, and Vulnerability Management.
    • Understanding of cloud security will be an added advantage.
    • Deep experience with security incident response, both IR tools and IR workflow process or SOC operational processes.
    • Strong practical experiences with threat hunting, malware, exploits and being able to demonstrate simulation of cyber attacks.
    • Deep understanding of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems and scripting skill in Python/JavaScript/PowerShell is an advantage.
    • Highly self-motivated, meticulously organized, and comfortable operating autonomously across multiple engagements in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to prioritize effectively with minimal oversight.
    • Robust problem-solving skills, employing a methodical approach to analyze intricate scenarios and achieve rapid resolutions.
