Job Description:

As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for executing day-to-day marketing strategies across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to gain real-world marketing experience and contribute to the growth and development of our agency.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement social media content calendars, including creating and scheduling posts, reels, and engaging with followers
  • Collaborate with influencers and implement influencer partnerships that drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Update website content and plan future content initiatives to enhance user experience and drive conversions
  • Implement SEO strategies in collaboration with freelancers and internal teams to improve search engine rankings
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or Brevo to nurture leads and drive sales
  • Coordinate with freelancers, creators, and designers to ensure project timelines are met and deliver high-quality results
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or execution-heavy role
  • Ability to wear multiple hats, including content creation, communication, and coordination
  • Fluency in English (written communication is a must)
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage projects without micromanagement
  • Organized and driven individual with a strong work ethic
