About the Role:

The Deputy Director Platform Speed Planning is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of logistics, technology, and customer experience.

As a visionary leader, you will turn complex data into actionable plans directly impacting delivery speed and optimizing holding costs across all Myntra nodes.

You will own core processes for inventory placement and allocation elevating speed and efficiency.

  • Innovate and automate cutting-edge inventory models and controls improving operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Optimize resources ensuring efficient use of space and capacity to maximize inventory turns and revenue.
  • Solve complex challenges leveraging your understanding of the business to identify operational gaps and drive sustainable solutions.
  • Drive strategic change leading key initiatives from blueprint to business impact.
  • Collaborate for success building strong relationships with senior leaders across operations, category management, and planning.
  • Build a winning team mentoring and leading a talented self-sufficient team capable of delivering on critical organizational priorities.

Designing and deploying cutting-edge inventory models and controls.

Building and mentoring a winning team.

Requirements:

6+ years' experience in e-commerce supply chain or operations.

Tier-1/2 MBA.

Masterful problem-solving skills and exceptional analytical abilities.

Decisive leadership with minimal guidance.

Compelling communication skills to influence cross-functional leaders.

Proven team-building skills and passion for developing high-performing talent.

Technical proficiency in MS Office and SQL.
