Service Design Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Service Design Strategist with a design background and sensitivity to user-centered design methodologies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating tailored innovation programs and proposals that align with client-specific needs, constraints, and organizational objectives.

  • Innovation Program Creation & Management: Develop strategic innovation programs and detailed proposals that meet client requirements and drive business outcomes.
  • Research and Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct stakeholder interviews, facilitate service design workshops, and identify opportunities where human-centered innovation can drive value and growth.
  • User Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive user research, derive actionable insights, and create qualitative analysis reports and insights documentation for client projects.
  • Methodology Support: Provide expert methodology support to corporate teams throughout each project phase: user research, ideation, prototyping, and user testing.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify and capitalize on opportunities where service design and human-centered innovation can add significant value to clients.

Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a designer in the innovation space.
  • Masterful application of user-centered design methodologies at every stage of the service design process.
  • Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and training sessions.
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize qualitative insights into actionable strategies and recommendations.
  • A solid understanding of technological trends and challenges.
