Job Title: Professor/Associate Professor

Mentorship and Support:

  • Provide academic and career guidance to students, empowering them to achieve their goals.
  • Oversee student projects and research endeavors, promoting collaboration and excellence.

Departmental and University Service:

  • Pursue active participation in departmental and university committees, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
  • Engage in community and industry partnerships, fostering collaborative initiatives that drive mutual benefit.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in Physiotherapy or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in academic and research pursuits.
  • Demonstrable ability or potential for research and teaching excellence, showcasing a commitment to quality and impact.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration and cooperation.

Experience:

  • At least 8 years of experience as an assistant professor, with a proven track record of academic achievement.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an associate professor, showcasing leadership and management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A strong publication record in reputable academic journals, highlighting expertise and contributions to the field.
  • Experience in securing research funding, demonstrating success in attracting resources and support.
