Job Opportunity: Registrar and Share Transfer Agent

  1. A skilled team player with NISM-Series-II-A certification, capable of managing a team of 5 to 7 persons.
  2. Strong knowledge of RTA operations in listed and unlisted sectors, ensuring timely management of SLAs and timelines as per the master circular issued by SEBI.
  3. Proficient in handling all types of equity corporate actions including dividends, preference shares, debentures, bonus issues, private placements, and rights issues etc.
  4. Good exposure to unlisted equity admission including SME/main board IPO.
  5. Expertise in managing AGM/EGM/EVOTING/postal ballot processes.
  6. Responsible for coordinating audits: internal audit, SEBI audit, system audit etc.
  7. Should be technically sound with the ability to automate and integrate activities in software with IT support.
  8. Skilled in resolving corporate action-related queries and admission matters efficiently through client coordination.
  9. Effective collaboration with depositories (NSDL/CDSL) for corporate actions and admission processes, as well as SEBI.
  10. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written both.
  11. Regular updates on job-specific knowledge applied professionally.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a commerce background with good knowledge of RTA operations.

Post-graduation is preferred.

6-7 years of experience with RTA/depository participant/share broking firms would be beneficial.
