Job Overview

Our company is developing an AI-based operating system for modern B2B marketing teams. This system will help CMOs and their teams scale campaigns, programs, and experiments faster by acting as an agentic co-pilot across the marketing organization.

This Backend Developer will contribute to the architecture and support the initial launch of our product. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in Python, hands-on experience with backend frameworks like Django REST Framework, FastAPI or Flask, and deep technical experience in building SaaS and AI software applications from scratch that can scale to a large number of users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of our AI-based operating system
  • Support the initial launch of our product
  • Collaborate with the team to design and implement scalable AI software applications
  • Work on building RAG systems and using frameworks like Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Crew AI (preferred), or similar
  • Develop and maintain Vector databases like Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma DB
  • Implement machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow and PyTorch
  • Work with large datasets and data preprocessing techniques
  • Familiarity with agile web development, version control systems, and coding copilots

We're looking for a self-starter who is passionate about building AI software applications and is available to join immediately.
