Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Packaging Lead to spearhead our end-to-end packaging development initiatives. This role combines deep technical expertise in mold development with strategic leadership across packaging projects.

The Senior Packaging Lead will lead the development and qualification of primary packaging molds, collaborate with mold makers, conduct Design of Experiments (DOE) and trials, and approve technical drawings and 3D designs.

The successful candidate will drive concept-to-commercialization for primary and secondary packaging, work with R&D, marketing, and procurement teams, and ensure timely scale-up and launch of new products.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Deep technical knowledge of primary packaging mold development (plastic injection, blow molding, glass, etc.)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and overseas coordination skills
  • Experience leading and developing junior team members
  • Understanding of packaging material science, testing protocols, and sustainability trends
  • Proficiency in CAD tools, packaging testing methods, and quality management systems

Others

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Packaging Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or related fields is required.
