Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Renewals Specialist to process customer renewals for software subscription products and assist with migrating customers to Cisco's ordering platform.

As a Renewals Specialist, you will be responsible for executing all phases of the subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities. You will also notify and assist customers with migrating to Cisco's ordering platform at the time of renewal, find and execute upsells within the customer base, ensure invoice accuracy, and work closely with Finance to collect payments.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Executing all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewal opportunities.
  • Notifying and assisting customers with migrating to Cisco's ordering platform at the time of renewal.
  • Finding and executing upsells within the customer base.
  • Ensuring invoice accuracy and working closely with Finance to collect payments.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle a large volume of accounts, tasks, and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com is preferred.
  • Self-starter mindset, high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with robotic automation/AI tools is highly desirable.
