Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring effective compliance monitoring across residential child care homes in the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting daily and weekly audits relating to child locations, staff records, and operational compliance. You will liaise closely with Registered Managers and senior management teams to ensure accurate reporting and adherence to regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily child location audits to ensure accurate records and safeguarding practices.
  • Review and check quality reports to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Examine and verify documentation, maintain utility certificates, and ensure all documents are accurate and updated in company systems.
  • Maintain centralized audit trackers and ensure timely updates.
  • Identify gaps, trends, or non-compliance issues and escalate where necessary.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for reporting, team coordination, and regulatory liaison.
  • Analytical mindset and attention to detail in reviewing reports and documents.
  • Proficiency in digital documentation tools, spreadsheets, and communication platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.

Working Conditions:

This is a morning shift position that requires working from 9:00 AM IST to 06:30 PM IST (Monday to Friday) and 9:00 AM IST to 03:30 PM IST (Saturday).

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent Salary: Rs. 20,000/- To Rs. 25,000/-
