Job Title: IAM Service Delivery Manager
At Apolis India, we are seeking an experienced IAM Service Delivery Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IAM services to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant delivery across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team to design, implement, and maintain IAM systems while ensuring they meet business objectives and security requirements.
- Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality IAM services within agreed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of IAM services, including identity governance, authentication, and access provisioning processes.
- Manage the implementation and integration of IAM solutions, such as Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, governance policies, and security frameworks such as GDPR, SOX, and ISO 27001.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, IT security, or related roles, with a proven track record in managing IAM systems.
- Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and authentication protocols.
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
