Job Overview

The Branch Manager oversees the overall management of the lobby team in the branch, focusing on excellence across service, sales, and operational functions. This role reports to the top-level head of the branch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely completion of account opening processes with 'First Time Right' results.
  • Closely monitor customer requests and grievances, resolving them within stipulated time frames.
  • Implement Knowlarity calling by the Lobby Team to enhance customer interactions.

Business Growth

  • The successful candidate will lead the Lobby Team in selling bank and third-party products like Life Insurance, General Insurance, Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans to meet monthly targets.

Operational Efficiency

  • Maintain adherence to operational guidelines, ensuring timely branch openings, accurate CRL reconciliation, efficient transaction processing, and error-free compliance.
  • Ensure high ratings during audits by maintaining strict quality control over branch operations.
  • Develop a talent development plan to groom team members for future leadership roles.

Required Candidate Profile

  • Graduate with 4-6 years of experience in Retail Branch Banking Operations.
  • Familiarity with banking products and processes.
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to effectively communicate with clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multitasking capabilities with crisis management expertise.
