Job Title

Overview:

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading the EAM activities in the Biologics Operations Unit, ensuring all assigned mandatory trainings are completed on time, and developing procedures that ensure safety operations comply with company and regulatory norms.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading engineering and maintenance team for GMP areas at Biologics Manufacturing and Biologics Process Development.
  • Ensuring the related facility, equipment, and maintenance systems are in GMP compliance state.
  • Managing maintenance activities within the framework of Quality Management Systems.
  • Representing the function during audits and ensuring agreed actions are acted upon timely.

Requirements:

  • 15 years or above of experience within Biologics manufacturing plant, with at-least 6-7 years of experience in Leading Engineering team, Projects, and Maintenance.
  • BE/B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical or Instrumentation.
