Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage structural schemes for various residential projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing structural designs, ensuring efficiency and buildability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in structural engineering, with experience in managing design for high-rise residential/township projects. They will also possess hands-on experience with software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, BIM 360 etc.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing structural designs
  • Ensuring structural efficiency
  • Managing design for high-rise residential/township projects

Qualifications:

A degree in civil engineering or related field is required. A strong understanding of building codes and regulations is essential. Experience with structural design software is a must.
