Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Lead - SEM Specialist to join our team in Gurugram. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Search & Display, YouTube, Shopping, App, and Bing.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating comprehensive keyword lists and mapping keywords to ad groups and landing pages, setup and monitoring of campaign bidding.
  • Understanding client business and requirements, formulating strategies, and roadmaps for the successful delivery of PPC campaigns.
  • Campaign planning and implementation, budget management, performance review, optimization, and analysis for all assigned SEM accounts.
  • Setting up goals, funnels in Google Analytics, analyzing user behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Reporting: helping the team generate reports to analyze account performance and reporting the same to clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Developing recommendations based on Google Ads/Analytics to drive decision-making across various spectrums of online marketing.
  • Identifying new channels of traffic growth across mobile and desktop.
  • Staying on top of current search engine news, trends, and Pay Per Click practices.
  • Maintaining alignment between ads, keywords, and landing pages with the focus of the campaign.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive experience in Pay per click/Google Ads, Search Engine Marketing, Digital marketing, Internet marketing, Search Ads/Search Network, Display Ads/Google Display Network, Mobile App install/Engagement/Universal App Campaign (optional), YouTube Campaign, Shopping Campaign/Product listing Ads.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics.
