Project Delivery Lead

The Project Delivery Lead plays a pivotal role in the success of our projects. Key responsibilities include defining project implementation, executing tasks, and ensuring timely completion. Effective communication with clients is crucial, as is collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to present project statuses to executive stakeholders. Risk management is also a key aspect of this role, requiring the identification, classification, prioritization, mitigation, and development of contingency plans for risks appropriately.

This position demands a high level of autonomy, with minimal supervision required. The successful candidate will consistently deliver high-quality results within deadlines while exercising sound judgment and oversight to ensure integrity and compliance with company policies.

  • Define project implementation, execute tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Effectively manage client communications and expectations.
  • Collaborate with delivery team to recommend and deliver best-in-class services.
  • Present project statuses to executive team and other stakeholders.
  • Manage risks to the successful completion of the project.
  • Manage issues and changes to the scope of the project.
  • Work as a team player and leader to effectively coordinate across functional teams.
  • Ensure high throughput of development teams by identifying potential issues and roadblocks.
  • Support creation of high-quality client deliverables.
  • Demonstrate ability to work autonomously.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 10-12 years of experience as a dedicated Project Manager of teams 10+.
  • Bachelor's Degree required; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, special pharmacy, patient services or related industries.
  • Service Line: Pharma / Biotech; Patient Support Program.
  • Knowledge of Drug development is a must.
  • Self-starter who can thrive in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced level of skills in Salesforce/Hubspot.
