Drive Financial Excellence Across the Organization

Our dynamic finance team is looking for an experienced professional to oversee financial discipline, compliance, and process excellence across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, management information reports, and dashboards.
  • Partner with business teams to drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Financial Planning & Reporting:

  • Oversee preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Partner with business teams to drive budgeting and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Controllership & Compliance:

  • Implement robust internal controls, accounting policies, and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with auditors for smooth audits and reviews.

Process Excellence & Governance:

  • Drive automation and digitization of financial processes to improve efficiency.
  • Monitor cash flows, working capital, and financial risk management.
  • Establish governance mechanisms for financial discipline.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA or MBA with 1–8 years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong background in controllership, accounting, compliance, and reporting.
  • Expertise in financial systems, ERP, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
