We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented travel professional to join our inbound team. In this role, you will be the key link between international travel partners and on-ground suppliers.

  • This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment that requires excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
  • You will design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences, handling end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates, ensuring seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents.
  • Design customised itineraries with accurate costing and creative experiences.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners.
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions.
  • Ensure seamless operations and a high level of client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations.
  • Strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent.
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations.
  • Excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to think on your feet.
