Vendor Master Data Specialist Associate Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill this role, requiring strong proficiency in English and proven track records working with SAP (ERP, MDG, S/4HANA).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain, and validate vendor master records for data integrity and compliance with internal controls and global procurement standards.
  • Perform end-to-end vendor master data maintenance across multiple regions, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements including SOX and GDPR, as well as internal audit standards.
  • Support integration projects, resolve duplicate vendor issues, and facilitate TIN matching.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and compliance teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills in English.
  • Possess knowledge of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) processes and best practices.
  • Show familiarity with SAP (ECC, MDG, or S/4HANA) Master Data transactions and functionality.
  • Exhibit data quality management and cleansing skills to ensure high-quality data.
