Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project implementation, ensuring scope, schedule, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with clients to design solution blueprints, including design documents and functional specifications.
  • Configure our platform as per design specification to meet project requirements.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, minimizing delays or disruptions to delivery.
  • Provide structured and transparent project status reporting to stakeholders.
  • Mentor and coach team members, providing coaching and knowledge transfer.
