Job Description:

As an interior designer, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients. This position requires a creative individual with exceptional skills in design, project management, and communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in decorating interior spaces through consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions.
  • Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture, and installations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs.
  • Excellent portfolio of previous works showcasing creativity and attention to detail.
  • Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey ideas and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Project management skills to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • BS degree in Interior Design or similar field.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing detailed CAD drawings and elevations using AutoCAD knowledge and drafting skills.
  2. Formulating designs that are practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
  3. Designing corporate and residential layouts using proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Photoshop, and Sketchup.
  4. Conducting site visits and taking accurate measurements.
  5. Ensuring quality of design through meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Managing timelines and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in interior designing.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding high-quality designs that meet client expectations.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills to address design challenges.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of materials, including understanding of technical drawings.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and drafting skills.
  • Ability to perform quantity assessments using MS Excel.
  • Knowledge of Sketchup/3DS-Max is essential.
