Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Interior Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will provide support to our lead designer and assist with client meetings, projects, and daily operations.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position working in-office in Santacruz West. We require 1-2 years of work experience in interior design or a related field. If you have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful spaces, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Provide support for lead designer during client meetings and project coordination">
  • Assist with taking measurements/photos of projects and creating CAD drawings for clients">
  • Research d cor and materials, including pricing, availability, and stock">
  • Place orders, purchase materials, pick up and deliver, and submit receipts for all purchases and orders">
  • Track and communicate status of orders, resolve problems, and maintain spreadsheets with client selections/finish materials">
  • Schedule appointments and tasks for designers, contractors, clients, and vendors">
  • Respond to client questions and concerns, project updates, and meet with vendors to assist with installations">
  • Submit detailed hours (billable and non-billable) and mileage log monthly">
  • Check daily client spreadsheet for new tasks and update status of assigned tasks at the end of each day">
