Our organization is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee test management for multiple projects. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of testing processes across various platforms.


The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale testing initiatives, with a strong background in at least one major enterprise platform - such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or o9 Solutions. They should also possess excellent leadership skills and be able to mentor technical teams.


This role requires a deep understanding of Agile and SI delivery principles, as well as experience with contract structures, commercial management principles, and cost optimization strategies. The successful candidate will be able to drive transformation excellence, governance, and stakeholder satisfaction.


Key qualifications include:

  • A minimum of 16-20 years of experience in test management
  • Relevant platform certifications (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workday, o9, Supply Chain Platform etc.)
