We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Analyst to drive accurate demand forecasting and optimized inventory management.

This role is crucial in supporting our strategic business goals through cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining statistical models using historical data and market insights. They will lead regular forecast review meetings and drive consensus across business functions.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and external partners to align supply and demand. Additionally, they will monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identify root causes for variances, and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, the Supply Chain Analyst will manage supply planning activities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory. They will leverage ERP systems and planning tools to create data-driven, actionable plans.

Requirements include experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations with a proven track record of driving business results. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in forecasting tools and ERP systems, excellent analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Beyond technical expertise, we are looking for a highly organized individual who can prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively with global teams and time zones.
