Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Director of Production Operations at SUN PHARMA.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement production strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.
  • Production Planning: Plan and coordinate production activities, including material sourcing, equipment maintenance, and labor allocation, to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation as needed.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement changes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high-quality output.
  • Talent Management: Lead and develop a team of production professionals, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve common goals and resolve issues efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Engineering, Science, or Business.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in production operations, with a strong background in leadership, strategy, and process improvement.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and enhancing quality.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Familiarity with SAP, CCR, deviation, CAPA, LMS, and other relevant software systems.
