We operate in five key areas: accounts outsourcing, F&A outsourcing, back-office recruitment services, corporate advisory, and software services. Each division caters to clients across various geographic regions, including accountants, businesses, healthcare providers, local government bodies, and recruitment agencies.

About the Role:
This role involves ensuring deliverables, implementing corporate decisions to enhance operational efficiency, and reviewing financial transactions to identify cost-reduction opportunities and increase profits. The AVP will also manage direct reports, conduct ongoing compliance training, and collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division.
  • Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
  • Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
  • Evaluates departmental decisions and project plans to ensure alignment with the organization's business plan and vision.
  • Develops and implements operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in US operations management, with at least 3 years in upper management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with extensive knowledge of US operation principles, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience managing a team of 40+ people, with a strong focus on workflow and team management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in US Accounts and knowledge of CAS (Client Accounting Services) and US Taxation.
