We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team in India.

This role is ideal for individuals with 2–3 years of experience in accounting or secretarial firms, looking to take their career to the next level. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day compliance activities, including secretarial support, basic accounting work, and statutory form filings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and file statutory forms (ROC, MCA filings, etc.) on time.
  • Assist in accounting-related tasks such as vouchers, reconciliations, and book-keeping support.
  • Support in statutory compliances like GST, TDS, PF, and PT filings.
  • Maintain company secretarial records – registers, minutes, and disclosures.
  • Draft simple resolutions, notices, and supporting compliance documentation.
  • Ensure timely completion of compliance tasks for clients.
  • Coordinate with clients for information collection and updates.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in a CA/CS/Accounting/Compliance firm.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and company secretarial compliances.
  • Working knowledge of statutory filing portals (MCA, GST, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and exposure to accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
