Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a Full Stack Developer role within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, with expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

The selected individual will work in an Agile environment, integrating with third-party systems, mentoring teams, and delivering high-quality, scalable solutions in the retail banking domain.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Requirement Analysis & Design
  • Understand requirements from multiple documentation sources.
  • Assist Architects in design activities and provide accurate effort estimations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project goals and technical solutions.
Development & Testing
  • Adhere to established program standards and coding best practices.
  • Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, and behavior-driven development (BDD).
  • Follow stringent source code control procedures.
  • Debug and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Process Adherence
  • Comply with development processes and methodologies.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and ensure timely updates and delivery.
Team Collaboration & Mentorship
  • Mentor and train new and existing team members.
  • Foster teamwork and support colleagues in achieving shared goals.
Project Reporting & Ownership
  • Maintain accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables.
  • Track progress, report status, and proactively raise risks/issues.
  • Communicate effectively with Project Managers, Architects, and Product Owners.
