We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sustainable Agriculture Project Lead to join our team in Adilabad, Telangana. As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee the implementation of our organic cotton project and ensure its success.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in farm management and experience working with smallholder farmers. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.

This role offers a competitive salary of Rs. 800,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. You will also have opportunities to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing the Internal Control System (ICS) of organic cotton to ensure certification compliance
  • Supervising the completion of important documents related to farmer data
  • Managing and conducting internal and external audits
  • Leading training sessions on best organic practices and organic bio-inputs
  • Building and leading a team locally to support project activities

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or relevant fields
  • Proven 5+ years of past work experience in farm management of organic cotton
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer skills)
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
