We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Mart Securities Pvt Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media platforms.
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Negotiate and close deals, handle customer complaints and objections, and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to ensure Mart Securities Pvt Ltd remains competitive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for sales and business development.
- Graduation preferred (appearing).
- Proficiency in Hindi and English languages.
