Job Profile: Associate - IP Solutions

Location: Mohali/Chandigarh Region

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical or Computer Science Engineering

About the Role:

We are seeking talented professionals who have a passion for technology and business strategies. As an Associate in our IP Solutions team, you will work closely with customers (Patent Attorneys/IP Counsels) to understand their business needs and provide customized solutions based on your technical expertise.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to build a comprehensive understanding of their business needs
  • Propose customized solutions based on your technical expertise and our capabilities in Intellectual Property Support Services and Patent Research & Analytics
  • Support the sales team through secondary research and business insights to advise on the sale of IP services
  • Build strong relationships with customers to be their go-to person for solving problems
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to track and monitor project status
  • Contribute to designing and implementing targeted Sales/Marketing strategies
