Senior Manager (Finance & Accounts)

A senior finance leader is sought to oversee financial, product management, and strategic management tasks.

  • Conduct audits of financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and file income tax returns for individuals and businesses in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in balance sheets and profit/loss accounts.
  • Ensure all financial operations are compliant with laws and regulatory standards, recommending strategies to enhance profitability and growth.
  • Provide expert advice on accounting systems and suggest improvements to optimize performance.
  • Investigate discrepancies and irregularities through forensic accounting techniques.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance profitability and growth based on analysis of financial reports.
  • Produce business performance reports for management highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a head of operations or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of business functions.
  • Advanced data analytics skills.
  • Excellent mathematical literacy.
  • Strong organizational and leadership qualities.
  • A strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Chartered Accountant certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
