We are on the hunt for highly skilled statistical analysts to join our team. If you have a passion for data analysis and interpretation, we want to hear from you.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6+ years of experience in statistical modeling and analytics. A strong foundation in SAS and Python programming is essential, with expertise in pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, and seaborn.

The role involves building, validating, and maintaining complex statistical models using SAS and Python. You will also be responsible for leading large-scale migrations from SAS to Python, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Modeling & Analytics: Develop and maintain predictive models using SAS and Python, leveraging your knowledge of regression, forecasting, clustering, classification, A/B testing, and causal inference.
  • Migration Leadership: Spearhead the migration strategy from SAS to Python, architecting and executing the transition to ensure minimal disruption.
  • Code Translation: Convert SAS macros, procedures, and workflows into optimized Python equivalents, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
  • Best Practices: Establish and enforce best practices for modeling standards, workflows, and performance monitoring frameworks.
  • Mentorship: Guide team members in adopting Python, sharing coding practices, and promoting analytics workflows.

Requirements:

  • SAS Mastery: Proficiency in Base SAS, SAS/STAT, Enterprise Miner, Visual Analytics, PROC SQL, and macros.
  • Python Expertise: Strong understanding of pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, matplotlib, seaborn, and PySpark.
  • Statistical Strength: Regression, forecasting, clustering, classification, A/B testing, and causal inference expertise.
  • Migration Experience: Proven success in leading large-scale migrations from SAS to Python.
  • Leadership: Ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and deliver high-impact results.
