Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Description:

A proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Manager (CSM) is sought to join our team in a senior capacity.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our offerings through relationship-building and technical expertise.
  • Onboard new clients, providing product training and guidance to drive early adoption and retention.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address issues to ensure seamless client experiences and high renewal rates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborating with internal stakeholders where appropriate.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve client issues and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Collect customer feedback and advocate for their needs internally to drive business growth.
  • Prepare and lead regular check-ins, QBRs, and success planning sessions to ensure alignment and progress toward key objectives.
  • Track customer milestones, usage patterns, and satisfaction levels to assess engagement and success.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services role preferably in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) environment.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and customer success tools is required.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term value creation is crucial for driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities is necessary.
