Job Title: Senior Manager- Legal Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Review and Incident Response: Manage and execute document review and incident response services aligned with the company's broader objectives, leveraging e-discovery tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Benchmarking and Growth: Benchmark services against industry leaders to ensure competitive positioning and continual growth, fostering innovation and excellence in all aspects of legal operations.
  • Culture Development: Cultivate a high-performing, collaborative culture that promotes innovation, professional development, and employee engagement, ensuring a positive work environment that drives success.
  • Team Management: Oversee and manage teams to ensure operational excellence across all projects, providing guidance and support to team members to achieve outstanding results.
  • Strategic Initiatives: Lead strategic initiatives for market expansion, client development, and enhanced service offerings, staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • E-Discovery Expertise: Possess a deep understanding of e-discovery concepts and processes, preferably with experience using Relativity, Canopy, Reveal, and NUIX.
  • Strong Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Hold a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in document review, incident response, and e-discovery platforms, with a deep subject matter expertise in e-discovery tools and technologies.
