Senior Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Printed Circuit Board Design Engineer to join our hardware development team.

This role involves designing and developing high-quality Printed Circuit Boards using CAD software, ensuring efficient signal integrity and reliable circuits. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of PCBs, experience with design tools such as OrCAD and Altium, and a clear understanding of PCB layer stack-up and common design rules.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality Printed Circuit Boards for automotive IoT products.
  • Prepare detailed documentation for PCB assembly and fabrication.
  • Develop high-speed reliable circuits and optimize layouts for efficient signal integrity.
  • Analyze and resolve any design-related issues in collaboration with manufacturing teams.
  • Provide support to ensure smooth production processes and deliver revisions based on customer specifications and engineer feedback.
  • Review and recommend improvements to existing designs and assist in preparing test procedures to verify PCB functions and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and their applications.
  • Experience working with software such as OrCAD and Altium.
  • Clear understanding of PCB layer stack-up and common design rules.
  • Proficiency in engineering drawings and documentation.
