Key Position: Retail Interior Project Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our retail interior projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing turnkey retail interior projects, including furniture and fittings, with an ability to understand and interpret CAD drawings.

Job Requirements:

  • Project Planning & Execution: Manage and oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, clients, contractors, suppliers, and designers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • CAD Drawings: Interpret and review CAD drawings, layouts, and design plans to ensure alignment with client requirements and feasibility for implementation.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of materials, finishes, and installations, ensuring that all work complies with specifications and meets client expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks during project execution and implement mitigation plans.
  • Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and direct team members to achieve project goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Project Management Skills: Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Design Software: Familiarity with CAD software and other design tools to interpret and create designs.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems and develop creative solutions to meet client needs.
