Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Interior Design Consultant to join our team. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional design solutions for corporate and bank projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio that showcases their ability to create secure and functional spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs.
  • Create architectural and construction drawings, as well as interior space designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
  • Select furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with other professionals to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • Strong skills in space planning and interior design, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with architecture and construction drawings, including AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Proficiency in selecting and specifying FF&E, with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
