Job Description:

Coders Brain Technology & Private Limited is looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Expert to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting maintenance and upgrades to Service Catalog items, creating and executing changes to Service Catalog items, and providing defect support and remediation for catalog tasks and ServiceNow instances.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Maintenance and Upgrades: Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to Service Catalog items to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  2. Change Management: Develop and implement change management processes to minimize disruptions and ensure seamless execution of changes.
  3. Defect Support: Provide prompt and effective defect support and remediation for catalog tasks and ServiceNow instances to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.
  4. Catalog Architecture: Design and implement ServiceNow Catalog architecture and technical views to ensure scalability and flexibility.
  5. Release Upgrades: Plan, migrate, test, and handle defects for ServiceNow release upgrades to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.
  6. Data Management: Manage and maintain ServiceNow instances within the environment to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  7. Ticket Management: Open and work on tickets with ServiceNow, implementing data changes per agreed-upon process to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  8. Service Request Review: Review Service Requests and Changes submitted for in-scope services, estimating level of effort for implementation to ensure accurate project planning.
  9. Demonstrations: Conduct ServiceNow function and module demonstrations to train end-users and promote adoption.
  10. Integration: Support integration with ServiceNow for additional data sources to enhance functionality and efficiency.
  11. End User Support: Provide end-user incident and defect support for catalog items to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  12. Audits: Assist with periodic audits of the platform and accuracy of the data within ServiceNow to ensure compliance and data integrity.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have 8-14 years of experience in ServiceNow and relevant skills. They should be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary: ₹1000000 - ₹2000000 per annum.
