Job Title: Operations Director

The primary responsibility of the Operations Director will be to oversee the smooth execution of day-to-day operational activities. This individual will work closely with various stakeholders including ambulance operators, users, and the call center team to ensure timely and reliable services.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Expand our ambulance network by collaborating with private ambulance operators in identified cities.
  2. Develop and implement training programs for Ambulance owners and their staff on using our mobile App for efficient trips.
  3. Establish seamless communication between the call center and the Operations Director to facilitate regular ambulance trips.
  4. Monitor and follow up on payments from Ambulance operators and users.
  5. Assist the call center in negotiating rates with Ambulance operators for trips or events.
  6. Track progress of critical trips, particularly outstation trips.
  7. Interface with Users, call center, Ambulance owner/staff to resolve issues promptly.
  8. Escalate complex issues to senior management in a timely manner.
  9. Regularly provide status updates on activities at mandatory meetings.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
  • Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic startup culture.
  • Availability via WhatsApp and calls during business hours.
  • Personal laptop is required.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages (preferably Fluent in English, Hindi & Tamil).
