Description:

This role requires an experienced professional to lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of U.S. tax laws, leadership skills, and experience managing teams on complex tax returns and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for corporations and partnerships
  • Manage client engagements from planning to delivery, ensuring accuracy and quality
  • Identify tax planning opportunities and advise clients on strategies
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for key clients and maintain strong relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive U.S. tax experience, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial capacity
  • Strong expertise in U.S. tax compliance and advisory services
  • Experience with international tax forms is a plus
  • Proven leadership and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with U.S. CPA firms or within global delivery centers/offshore models
  • Familiarity with transfer pricing and state and local tax issues
  • Working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and ASC 740
