Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate and administer projects across the collaboration process, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

  • Harmonize and manage internal contract templates covering all contractual modalities in coordination with legal departments and stakeholders.
  • Manage contract lifecycle and collaborate project management tools, including project registration, document tracking, and data analysis.
  • Track metrics for collaboration management, including data updates related to Asia-Pacific/Japan collaborations activities.
  • Support contract creation, template selection, customization, and review processes.
  • Organize workshops and meetings with collaboration partners and key opinion leaders.
  • Ensure consistency and compliance of collaboration data across the Asia-Pacific/Japan region.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Candidates should possess:

  • Solid experience in international companies requiring interdepartmental and intercultural interactions.
  • Excellent command of standard office IT tools at advanced user level.
  • Demonstrable experience working with contracts in process-oriented environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, spoken and written, with additional language proficiency a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive solutions through interpersonal communication.
