Artificial Intelligence Backend Developer

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to develop scalable AI-powered systems.

  • Create robust backend systems with a focus on scalability, performance, and security.
  • Design and implement AI Agent frameworks and agentic development patterns.
  • Build and deploy Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent APIs powered by Generative AI.
  • Develop and consume RESTful APIs for data exchange and service integration.
  • Work with relational databases for structured data management.
  • Implement Docker containerization and deploy services in microservices architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and delivery of AI-first features.
  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to fine-tune LLM interactions and outputs.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of professional experience in Python backend development.
  • Strong object-oriented programming skills and backend software engineering expertise.
  • Familiarity with any AI Agent frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases.
  • Proficiency with version control tools.
  • Familiarity with Docker and microservices architecture.
  • Working knowledge of Generative AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively apply GenAI in solving real-world problems.
