Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our team.

  • This is an exceptional opportunity to lead the development of scalable backend systems, drive technical direction, and mentor junior engineers.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing complex backend systems using Java and Spring Boot, architecting and implementing microservices, and guiding the team in adopting best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop scalable backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
  2. Architect and implement microservices and robust API designs
  3. Guide the team in adopting best practices in backend development and system architecture
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategy with business objectives
  5. Drive initiatives in CI/CD, performance optimization, and system reliability
  6. Mentor engineers and lead code reviews to uphold engineering excellence

Requirements and Expertise

  • 6+ years of experience in backend development
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, API design, and microservices

Desirable Skills

  • Experience with Docker, AWS, SQL/NoSQL, DDD, CI/CD, and AI/ML integration
