About Our Team

We're seeking a seasoned Performance Specialist to spearhead the execution and optimization of ad campaigns across various digital platforms. You'll play a pivotal role in driving impactful results for our clients and internal brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid ad strategies on Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft high-performing campaigns.
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and optimize for conversions, ROAS, and CPL.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audience segments, and landing pages.
  • Generate campaign performance reports and insights using analytics tools.
  • Stay abreast of trends and updates in digital advertising platforms.

We're Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of experience in running Meta & Google Ads campaigns.
  • A solid understanding of paid media KPIs like CTR, ROAS, CPC, CPL, etc.
