Job Title: Influencer Marketing Data Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced influencer marketing data specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and be able to turn influencer marketing performance data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze influencer campaign data from multiple sources (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, Meta Business Suite, Affiliate Dashboards, Third-Party Tools)
  • Prepare visually appealing PowerPoint presentations reflecting data, insights, and analytics
  • Identify high-performing influencers and trends across platforms to optimize future campaigns
  • Work closely with strategy, account management, and creative teams to provide insights that shape influencer selection and content direction
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking and market analysis for influencer marketing campaigns
  • Provide post-campaign analysis with clear storytelling (Data → Insights → Recommendations)
  • Interact with clients and influencers daily

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
  • 0-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or media analytics
  • Excellent MS Excel, MSPowerPoint, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing tools
  • Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
